• A bite of Barrow

While at home in Cumbria for Christmas, I went for walk up Barrow – a diminutive yet characterful hill nestled between Causey Pike and Grizedale Pike in the northern Lakes. Setting off from the village of Braithwaite, the route up Barrow shifted from a landscape made ochre by the winter sun to one clinging to the last of the winer snows. Accompanying me were my sister and her girlfriend, and a pack of three dogs, who all proved to be generous subjects for a shoot.
