As both a user and supplier of internet services I will respect and protect your online privacy.
The collection of information
Every time you log on to my website your IP (Internet Protocol) address registers on the server. Your IP address reveals no information other than the number assigned to you. I do not use this technology to get any personal data against your knowledge or free will (i.e., automatically recording e-mail addresses of visitors). Nor do I use it for any purpose other than to help me monitor traffic on my website, or (in case of criminal activity or misuse of our information) to cooperate with law enforcement.
If you do not know what cookies are, or how to control or delete them, then I recommend you visit http://www.aboutcookies.org for detailed guidance.
A cookie, also known as an HTTP cookie, web cookie, or browser cookie, is usually a small piece of data sent from a website and stored in a user's web browser while a user is browsing a website. When the user browses the same website in the future, the data stored in the cookie can be retrieved by the website to notify the website of the user's previous activity.
The list below describes the cookies used on this site and what they're used for. Currently I operate an ‘implied consent’ policy which means that I assume you are happy with this usage. If you are not happy, then you should either not use this site, or you should delete the cookies having visited the site, or you should browse the site using your browser’s anonymous usage setting (called “Incognito” in Chrome, “InPrivate” for Internet Explorer, "Private Browsing" in Firefox and Safari etc.)

Most of the work that I undertake involves a contract to which both parties contribute and agree upon. I undertake to store images taken of you in a secure manner, and will delete images not used as part of the contract after 3 months. As I like to use some of my commission work as part of my photographic portfolio, I will display certain images on this website, or the facebook site associated with this site, but I will always ask you whether you are ok with this prior to doing so.
